Cristiano Ronaldo's ban uplifted though the Portugese was shown the card for a wrong simulation.
The World Player of the Year netted his 300th goal in the Whites' shirt to move 23 behind Raul for all-time topscorer.
Cristiano Ronaldo has been handed a lifeline after the club's appeal turned successful against the yellow card picked at Vallecas.
The ex-Manchester star was shown the card for diving against Rayo Vallecano. Cristiano Ronaldo went onto to fake Amaya who fouled the Portugese inside the penalty box. However, the referee surprised the Galatico and showed him the card for simulation.
The card meant that it was his fifth of the season and would miss next game. But Real coach Ancelotti was never late to respond to the decision and remarked it as "unbelievable".
Later, Real Madrid appealed the decision and the Competition Committee decided to uplift Ronaldo's ban.
It meant that Cristiano Ronaldo would start against Eibar this Saturday after scoring his 300th goal for Real Madrid last match.
The appeal will prove crucial in the title race as Real Madrid would look to catch Barcelona who are already four points ahead of bitter rivals.
