REAL MADRID CLUB DE FUTBOL

Real Madrid Club de Futbol was found in the year 1902. The club had a bright start to themselves. They dragged all the first four Copa del Rey from 1905 to 1908. Real Madrid first lifted La Liga, which was known as Spanish Championship that time, on 1932. Real Madrid was the fourth club to win the Championships then.

Los Blancos' repeated the same success the next year by clinching second consecutive title. In 1950-60, Real Madrid created history by lifting 12 trophies. They also won the first five European Cups, which is known as Champions League now. This period also resulted in the rise of Alfredo Di Stefano, Ferenc Puskas and Didi. 

Real Madrid enjoyed success then on. They also went on to win the 'Team of the 20th Century'. This made expectations high for Real Madrid.

By the coming of Florentino Perez as club president, Madrid witnessed the arrival of Luis Figo, Zidane, Ronaldo, Robinho and Roberto Carlos. Perez was re-elected on 2009, who bought Cristiano, Bale, Benzema, Ozil, Kaka, Xabi Alonso,James and Huntelaar to the current side.
